You must complete and submit this form at least 4 days before your renewal date to stop us automatically processing your payment.

If you are not the policyholder you will need to call us.

We will contact you to confirm we have received your request and that your policy will not automatically renew. If you do not receive this confirmation from us within 5 working days, please assume we have not received your request.
